Fragrance Hotel - Oasis

10/10 for this hotel! My family and I stayed here for 4 nights during their short trip here in Singapore. It's a simple and decent looking hotel and we're very satisfied with everything. 1 — it's neat and clean 2 — love the water pressure and heater! 😁 3 — the staff are all accommodating and super nice! They helped us out a lot with our needs and concerns. Shout-out to Ms Jessica for helping us out. 4 — it's also close to some convenience store and food parks, and the bus stop. Overall, we loved staying here. Definitely gonna consider staying here again.

Room is simple but comfortable. Bathroom is small and it's an Asian style wet bathroom, but it's clean and it's great to have a hot, strong shower after a busy day sightseeing. Location is great; there's a bus stop in front of the hotel, a hawker centre next door (great foods, very cheap), easy to get a taxi. Staff are friendly, efficient, knowledgeable.

Nice and tidy rooms that justify the rates. Cleaning done superbly and always a smile on the housekeeping lady who cleaned our room. Special note to the front office ladies for always welcoming us with a bright smile after a tiresome day of activities. The staff makes the difference and they are so lovely.

Good water pressure from the shower head. Firm mattress. Friendly receptionists.

The rooms are clean and suitable for those people who will not be spending most of their time in their rooms. There are so many establishments outside that you do not need to go to the centre.
